Valkyrie Made ("we," "us," "our") is a custom print shop based in Wimberley, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit valkyriemade.com or place an order with us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your project. When you check out through our online boutique, payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Cookies & analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record general usage — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, referral source, and (for Clarity) session replays of on-page interactions — along with device and browser information and approximate location based on IP address. Sensitive input fields (like passwords and payment details) are automatically masked in Clarity session replays. This data is processed by Microsoft and Google under their respective privacy terms; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of most analytics tracking by enabling "Do Not Track" or a similar signal in your browser, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.

How we use it

To produce and ship the work you order.
To send proofs, updates, and answer your questions.
To send occasional newsletters — only if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site secure and running.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the business (payment processor, shipping carriers, email delivery), and when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@valkyriemade.com or calling 512-866-6250.
