These terms apply when you use valkyriemade.com or place an order with Valkyrie Made. By using the site or ordering from us, you agree to them.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the proof and payment (or a deposit) is received. Rush timelines are confirmed in writing before production begins.

Proofs & approvals

We send a digital proof for every custom order. Please review it carefully — colors, spelling, sizing, and placement are your responsibility to confirm. Once you approve the proof, production starts and changes may not be possible.

Artwork

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks you submit. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Turnaround & shipping

Standard turnaround starts once the proof is approved. Ship dates are estimates; we're not responsible for carrier delays. Local pickup in Wimberley is available.

Returns

Custom decorated items are made to order and are not returnable except for production defects. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Boutique purchases

Non-custom boutique items may be returned unworn, with tags, within 14 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
