Screen print transfers are made using screen printed inks, providing a retail look and soft hand feel. They are easy to apply in as little as just 4 seconds for single color orders, making large quantity runs fast.

What sets screen print transfers apart is their suitability for producing bold and uncomplicated designs in bulk. They excel at creating vibrant and long-lasting prints with rich, opaque colors. This makes them the preferred choice for a wide range of applications, including custom apparel like t-shirts and hoodies and more! The versatility of screen print transfers allows for printing on both flat and contoured surfaces, making them adaptable for various artistic and commercial purposes. However, it's worth noting that screen print transfers can be less efficient and cost-effective for intricate, multi-colored designs and small print runs compared to other printing methods like digital printing. Despite this, they remain a go-to choice for projects requiring high-quality and enduring prints.

1. Size: Standard sheet size is 11.25″ x 14″.
Jumbo sheet size available at 12.5" x 17.5".
Although not required, it is a good idea to send us your file at the size you want it printed.

2. Text: Convert all text to curves/outlines before sending.

3. Colors: We use spot colors for screen printing. You can use spot colors when creating art, but it is not required. Use consistent colors in your file.

4. Line Thickness: minimum of .012″ for printed areas.

5. Show-Thru Thickness: minimum of .04″ for non-printing areas

6. Special effects: Some special effects such as fades and shading can’t be produced with screen printing. Consider full color transfers if your art contains these.

Quantity Ordered
Due to the setup involved in screen printing, the more shirts you order, the lower your price will be as you pass price break points.

Number of Locations Printed
Each location requires new setup and runs for your imprint. A front print only will always be cheaper than a front and back print.

Number of Colors on Each Design
The number of colors in each design affects the run time and setup for each location. A one color print will be less expensive than a three color print. If you have a lot of colors and tones of colors in your design, a process print may be a cheaper solution.

In-Hands Date
Orders are produced on-demand for your due date. Garments needed in a few days from your order placement date will be more expensive than those needed in a few weeks.

- Limited number of print colors, dependent on design.

- Print has very high durability, lasting through more washes than other methods.

- Most cost-effective for medium to large sized orders (1-6 print colors).

- Great print feel when using dark color inks. Good breathability with light color inks and large ink coverage.

- Certain colors and synthetic materials not recommended, ask our team for more information.

- Print colors typically appear very vibrant upon printing.

- Special Features: Limited Glow-in-the-Dark ink.
